This is for Creality CR-8 / Afinibot A9. I designed it to be extremely lightweight and compact, weighing in at just 16 grams of plastic with a 100% infill setting. The fan uses a 40mm x 40mm x 20mm 4020 Blower Fan, available on eBay here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/322387076538/. This design is completely screwless and attaches directly to the hotend fan housing by sliding it over. To do this, you'll need to loosen the screws that hold the hotend fan housing in place. The blower fan is then press-fitted into the fan duct housing, with screw holes provided as an optional feature. Be sure to slide the fan duct far enough into place so that the blower fan doesn't interfere with the bolts at the X endstop.
