Fits on the open end cap of a Creality CR6se printer. It would fit on a number of other printers as well I am sure. The side was put on the left to keep the camera out of the way. Also I didn't want to take my new Logitech 920 camera apart to mount it like some of the designs call for, so i put on a 1/4" screw for it to screw the mount to. The screws don't print perfect as they are on the bed on one side, however, it still worked fine. Not I added the text "Watch Me" but feel free to add whatever you want.
