Creality CR-6 SE Specific Hot End Fix Tube Ferrule
thingiverse
This is sort of a remix from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3203831 The Creality CR-6 SE has a countersunk heat sink, versus flat like on many other 3D printers. I didn't like the flat spacer used on the original so I redesigned it. I didn't want the tube to be unsupported when compressed, so I designed a tapered insert that would keep the tube in place and support it a little better when compressed. For right now, I have it using the same length tube as used in the original that I remixed from, which is drawn at the average used in the cut jig of 39.37 mm. If I take the time to redesign, I would make a new jig at an even 40 mm and redesign the ferrule to accommodate and apply the same compression. I've have about 100 hours of printing on this fix so far.
