Creality CR-6 SE Filament Sensor Redesign

Creality CR-6 SE Filament Sensor Redesign

PLEASE NOTE THE PICTURE ABOVE IS THE VERSION FROM MY INSTRUCTABLE (WWW.INSTRUCTABLES.COM). The file posted here is modified to exclude the filament reposition features (The curved arm portion.). This redesign is for Creality's newest (as of Summer 2020) printer, the CR-6 SE. It completely replaces the included filament sensor. Simply remove the factory installed sensor, extract the internals and move them into this new housing, and reinstall onto printer. The hole in the top is to insert a clear 5mm LED head (just snip the leads off) to allow the light from the surface mount LEd on the PCB to shine through to the outside. Please see this instructable for a larger project: https://www.instructables.com/CR-6-SE-3D-Printer-Improvements/.
