Mounting the webcam to the bed provides nice smooth timelapse videos using octoprint as the model is always in the same position relative to the camera. This bracket attaches to the steel plate underneath the bed. It can be positioned at front or rear, I use rear to keep the cam out of the way. It is designed for webcams that have a tripod-style thread, you'll need a little screw to fit this. I canibalised a poundland tripod to get the screw for mine, but you could also probably use this thing: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:213425 It should friction-fit to the bed, but if not there is a hole for you to use a grub screw or similar to clamp it on more securely. Important note: make sure you mount it so that it does not affect the movement of the bed, and is clear of the limit switch!
