I have completely redesigned this part as the larger 500 x 500 x 500 bed on the CR10S5 requires a different approach. The aluminium extrusions underneath the bed made scaling up Greg191134's original design impossible, causing my Y axis to stall and miss steps. This new design necessitates drilling and tapping a hole in the aluminium extrusion supporting the bed, but it has resolved the issues with the Y axis stalling or missing steps since installation. The bed heater cable no longer gets caught, ensuring smooth operation of my CR10S5 printer.
