I created this filament holder with ballbearings to make the filament spool spin more smoothly, preventing breaks and tangles. This design works well in conjunction with the original steel racket that comes with the printer, replacing the standard plastic spool holder. Make sure to use the small shim on the axle for optimal performance, and secure it by tightening the axle nut against the ballbearing from the protruding side.
