Creality CR-10S Pro Tool Holder
thingiverse
I created this tool holder to learn Fusion 360 functionality. Initially, my plan was to modify an existing AnyCubic Mega tool holder design, but I couldn't successfully navigate the BRep process. I gave up and started from scratch because it provided a needed opportunity to learn design capabilities in Fusion. The tool holder consists of two components: the main tool holder and the vertical mount plate. The vertical mount plate is secured using the single screw on the CR-10 base, located just forward of the Z upright. A blind hole in the back clears the nearby screw on the base. #6 machine screws/nuts attach the tool holder to the mounting plate. Update: I revised, tested, and replaced the mounting plate files. The blind hole on the mount plate was off by 1/8". When exporting F3D and STL files, I accidentally used an older backup instead of the final one, which I had printed and used. I took a picture of the revised version after printing the first couple layers to show hole alignment with machine screws.
