Creality Cr-10s Pro Flexible Filament Extruder Upgrade
thingiverse
I was having trouble printing with some flexible filament right off the bat using my Creality CR-10S Pro, so I experimented with a few mods from here but none of them delivered the results I needed. To get something working, I combined elements from several designs I found online, although I'm still not entirely satisfied with it. I haven't yet adapted the spring tension adjustment to this setup; it's simply a post mount - identical to Joshvv's original design. I'd love to hear how you fare with this design. The M10 thread for the bowden attachment seems satisfactory, but it doesn't fit perfectly... needs some coaxing, but it should hold up well! Take a look at Joshvv's original CR-10 design here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2144277 I drew inspiration from Wthompson87's design because I liked the idea of adding an extra tube to prevent filament from escaping out the side - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2547268 For best results, print it upright so the guide part turns out sharp and the tubes are smooth.
