Creality CR 10S Filament Sensor
thingiverse
I designed a new filament sensor because my original wore down and stopped working. The filament wasn't making contact with the switch inside, so I took matters into my own hands. After searching for a reliable design, I decided to create one from scratch. The filament channel in this new sensor has enough room to fit a piece of Bowden tube on either end, which greatly reduces wear and tear. This design works similarly to the old one but with one key difference: adding the Bowden tube makes it much more durable. Materials needed: * A small piece of Bowden tube * Optional: glue for securing the Bowden tube in place
