This mount replaces the existing x axis limit switch mount, where the x axis stepper motor is also mounted. It utilizes the same screws for the stepper motor as well as the screws for the limit switch. The limit switch screws thread directly into the plastic, making it challenging to screw them in for the first time since you're cutting the threads as you go. The camera mount employs a standard 1/4-20 bolt, similar to what's used on tripods. I opted for a 1/4-20 X 1.25" bolt, along with two washers and two nuts, to prevent them from backing out due to vibrations by jamming them together tightly.
