I engineered these modifications to increase bed spring tension. The back left design deviates due to the integrated bed heater wiring mount, which was initially misaligned where the spring sat and partially obstructed, prompting me to devise an alternative solution. By drilling a hole through the center of the mounting bracket, I enabled the washer to fit snugly inside, thereby eliminating reliance on the wiring mount as a base for the spring. I also added 2mm of clearance to the washer, ensuring it no longer pinches against the heater wiring. Refer to accompanying images for a clearer understanding of these modifications. With this adjustment, all four mounts should now exhibit consistent tension levels.
