This is a custom-made mount based on evil_k's CR-10 Titan Aero design, featuring a BLTouch mount and an integrated cooling fan system. To assemble the mount, you will need 3mm screws and nuts, which will depend on the specific blower style fan you choose to source. The cooling duct is attached to the fan mount using adhesive glue. The fan I utilized is a 50mm x 15mm blower fan sourced from Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N6Z3L7G). Although it's not the most ideal choice for this application, it functions adequately. To configure the offsets in Marlin firmware, you will need to define the following parameters: - X_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER: 0 (defines the X offset as positive to the right of the nozzle) - Y_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER: -40 (sets the Y offset to negative in front of the nozzle) - Z_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER: -1.0 (establishes a negative Z offset below the nozzle) I've implemented a custom Z Probe Offset of 1.30 mm to address dimensional discrepancies in my setup.
