This mount lets you install front and rear dampers on the X stepper, giving you sound and vibration damping without compromising stiffness. It's an improved version of superkris's original design, which he generously shared in a Fusion 360 file to make remixing seamless. I tweaked his design by adding more holes for better heat dissipation and adjusting thicknesses to suit my preferences. Future plans may involve creating another remix that accommodates the installation of fans and heat sinks.
