This is my design for a CR-10 MAX extruder relocation system. To move the extruder next to the hot end, you'll need: A cable to extend the extruder motor and filament sensor Several extended M3 bolts The rest of the parts can be reused. You can see a video of this setup in action here: https://youtu.be/2SkwKZsBzSs Updated parts with cable chain and brackets are now available for upload on 16-Apr-2020. The Spectra strip was used to extend the cable.
