Creality CR-10 gantry mount for Wyze v2 camera
thingiverse
I remixed the Wyze v2 camera mounting plate from fuchsr but made it fit the Creality CR-10. There is no shortage of existing mounts for this camera/printer, but I wanted one to mount to the gantry. I found myself having to frequently reposition the camera on tall prints, well that shouldn't be a problem anymore with this! There's a hole on the backside of the gantry, near the roller wheels for the Z axis. If you stick a small bolt through that, then this piece, then a washer and nut, it should be pretty secure. Hint - hold the outside/end of the bolt with a pliers while you tighten the nut since you won't be able to fit a screwdriver in to hold the head while you tighten. The block under the mounting hole is there to keep it secure against the metal plate so that it can't sag. I also included a zip-tie mounting hole to secure the camera cable tight. That way the the up and down movement of the gantry will put the pressure on the zip-tie, and not the camera (so it doesn't re-position your camera mid print). I printed with PLA+ at 20% infill, tree supports, and a raft.
