Creality Cr-10 Flexion hotend direct mount

Recently Updated 04/06/2018 I created this design because I couldn't find a direct mount for the CR-10 that met my needs. All you need is stock screws for direct mounting to the X-axis, standard front-facing fan screws, the screws provided with the flexion hotend heat sync, and some turbo fans available at affordable prices on eBay or other online sources. I prefer designs with minimal outsourced parts, so buy your flexion hotend and turbo fans, then you're ready to mount up to the CR-10. With this design, I've successfully printed many high-quality objects, but make sure your bed is level to a 0.4 feeler gauge and that the Flexion hot end, heat sync, and nozzle are perfectly aligned to prevent clogging. The only issue I encountered was when the bowden tube got pulled back during retraction, causing a clog. To solve this problem, I attached a bowden connector at the top of the print and printed some bowden connector clips/locks to ensure there's no room for the bowden tube to lift during retraction. Some users may not experience this issue due to different slicer settings. Another model is in the works where the extruder will be mounted directly on the X-axis into the hotend.
