Upgraded filament runout switch for Creality CR-10 features an entire assembly made from aluminum, except the stainless steel tube through which the filament passes and the clear cover printed out of clear PLA. Prototypes were printed to test fit and this whole assembly (excluding the stainless steel tube) can be printed entirely. If you decide to try it out, please post a picture! If you're interested in having any aluminum or stainless steel components made, send me a direct message. It worked best with two leads soldered directly to the plug on the switch, which put the board at a bit of an angle. The cover is designed to allow for this angle. ***IMPORTANT*** Do not tighten down screws all the way when attaching the sensor to the printer. Tighten them up until screw heads make contact with the lock washer.
