This is a simple, lightweight and modular cooling system designed specifically for Creality 3D printers with Micro Swiss hotends, including CR-10 and Ender models. The system consists of two key components: a base plate that doubles as a hotend cooling duct, and a model cooling duct that can be easily adjusted to fit various printer configurations. The adjustable model cooling duct features a height range of 5 mm, allowing for precise airflow customization. This cooling solution is optimized for use with 3010 axial fans for hotend cooling and 5015 blower fans for model cooling. The base plate includes a compact mounting system for BL-Touch ABL sensors, requiring offsets of X=-35, Y=0. Additional parts required for assembly include: * 1x 5015 blower fan * 1x 3010 axial fan * 2x M4 bolts (20 mm length) * 2x M4 nuts * Optional BL-Touch mounting: 2x M2.5 screws (less than 10 mm in length) Assembly instructions are as follows: 1. Disconnect stock fans and their mounts to prepare for installation. 2. Mount the base plate onto the X-axis carriage using two stock M3 screws. 3. Secure heater element and thermistor cables with a clip on the right side of the base plate. 4. Insert the 3010 fan into its designated slot in the base, no additional screws required. 5. Place M4 nuts into corresponding slots: between fan slots and BL-Touch mounts on the base, as well as within the tower on the model cooling duct. 6. Position the 5015 fan onto the model cooling duct and secure it with an M4 bolt. 7. Align the model cooling duct against the base to achieve desired airflow height relative to the nozzle, then secure it in place using an M4 bolt (verify that it's parallel to the bed plane). 8. Connect fans according to your specific printer configuration.
