This thing has become outdated; instead, utilize https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3136000. The original model was really liked, but it kept failing due to excessive loads on the bearing screw from the spring. This remixed model eliminates this point of failure by holding the bearing between two plastic arms. The PTFE tube hole has also been reworked to allow the PTFE tube to extend all the way to the extruder gear. A longer screw is required to hold the bearing in place; a spare printer screw was used for this purpose.
