I remix the rear part of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2479697 with a more robust mount for BL-Touch and holes for M3 threads. I print this using PETG, and it works perfectly from day one, no need to adjust the distance from the bed to the hotend since it remains the same as the original setup.
