I've upgraded Human: Version 2 with a wider base for improved stability, keeping it level even when mounted. I've also incorporated a curved top to securely hold bundles in place. To add extra support during printing, I used a Cura-suggested print setting that generated a support structure which helped me stabilize the print by wedging it between the front legs and back kick-out leg. My previous headphone stand design had a fatal flaw - the bowden tube and hot-end wire bundle sagged below my print nozzle, causing them to get tangled in the upper half of the print job. This resulted in a failed print about halfway through. To prevent this issue from recurring, I created a shelf that attaches directly to the back of my X/Z gantry, ensuring the wire and tube bundle remains secure and out of harm's way during prints.
