I designed this replacement knob to be slightly larger than the original, and reduced its depth so that it fits snugly onto the shaft without catching on the threads. This modification helps prevent the knob from getting stuck in place. To make turning easier, I added a small indentation on the face of the knob where you can fit your finger for rapid rotation.
