For those in a hurry or without the necessary equipment, this is a straightforward spacer designed to fit between bearings in rollers on Creality Printers. It measures 1mm in thickness, with an inner diameter of 5mm and outer diameter of 8mm. Creality has encountered a problem with some bearings having spacers that are too wide - approximately 1.5mm. As a result, even when the bearings are tightly fitted within the rollers, there's still potential for them to slide back and forth, leading to alignment issues. This is most noticeable on the bed, especially if your print sticks, causing levelling problems after removing a print. It can also be an issue on the gantry. Since this spacer should experience minimal friction and heat exposure, you can use any non-flexible material you prefer, but use a layer height that's a multiple of 1.0mm for optimal results.
