Creality Adapter Plate for RepRap Diamond Hotend Universal Mount

I was eager to install the Diamond hotend on my printers, but their universal mount wouldn't fit on the Creality plate. I had other options available that could be printed, but I already had their universal mount and didn't want to spend time waiting for a replacement. This adapter lets me attach the hotend to the plate, making it easy to remove when needed for maintenance. To attach it, I simply require two M3 screws and nuts.
