I decided to create an SD card holder for my CR10 as I'd had the micro SD extension cable just dangling down for the last 7 months now :D There's plenty of great ones on here to pick from, but I couldn't find one that used the SD card board from the popular micro SD to SD card adapter see below. https://www.amazon.co.uk/LANMU-Extension-Adapter-Extender-Converter/dp/B01C84YKVA/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1527099950&sr=8-1&keywords=micro+sd+to+sd+card+adaptor+extension All you need to do is take your SD card board out of the black casing and insert it into this. Plus, there's a space for a spare SD card, and the extra cable is easier to fold in with some cable supports to hold it in place; it also has support under the USB cable slot.
