Crazy Wild Ellipse Wing (experimental)

This aircraft was intended to soar through the skies at Inter-Ex 2016 in Versoix/Geneva. Check out the event details here: http://jivaro-models.org/interex_2016/index.html It's a meeting where you witness objects flying, which appear to defy gravity :-). This model is more of an entertainment project than a precision aerodynamic aircraft. To pilot this plane, you'll need significant experience and skill. It's essentially a wild ride. We had to experiment with various CG points and trim settings for the elevons in order to get it airborne. After several attempts, it finally flew, but unfortunately, something went wrong and it crashed. Next, I'll try modifying the shape of the elevons and positioning them further back. Then, we'll give it another shot :-)
