Crazy Hexagonal Wall Mount

Crazy Hexagonal Wall Mount

I designed this in Fusion 360 as a test while playing around with hexagons. It is incredibly strong, although it takes a considerable amount of time to print and may not be very practical. However, if you think it will add something interesting to your wall, feel free to print it - watching the printer tackle this model can be quite entertaining! Dimensions: * 110mm high (the side that attaches to the wall) * 95mm deep (distance from front to back of the wall screw plate) * 95mm wide (distance across the front from left to right) The two wall mount screw holes are 5mm in diameter, with a 9mm countersunk entry, and they work perfectly with the screws below. Wall Mount: Designed to be used with 7G 30mm or 40mm plasterboard screws such as: * 7G 30mm - https://www.bunnings.com.au/zenith-7g-x-40mm-bugle-head-plasterboard-screws-100-pack_p2408723 * 7G 40mm - https://www.bunnings.com.au/zenith-7g-x-30mm-bugle-head-plasterboard-screws-100-pack_p2408715 Print it flat so that the wall screw plate is facing down on your print bed (use your slicer to rotate the object so it is flat, no supports are needed). Due to the shape of the hexagons, the printer does not require any support. However, there's one part at the end where everything comes together, but I was still able to print it without supports - give it a try!
