Crazy Gear Face
thingiverse
I experimented with printable ball bearings and thought of an innovative idea - printing the ball bearing recess directly into the moving parts. The result, a creation from SolidWorks, was named Crazy Gear Face. To assemble, insert 4 BBs in each gear's recess while being cautious not to drop them. Align these BBs with the groove and place the gear on the face, ensuring proper alignment of dimples for loading more BBs. Repeat the process for the other gear.
