Crazy Camels for first edition of Camel Up board game

thingiverse

The updated Camel Up board game introduces a fresh twist - Crazy Camels. These unpredictable camels speed around the track in a counterclockwise direction, often forcing their regular counterparts to move backwards. This exciting addition spices up the game. If you already own the first edition of Camel Up, you can still play with Crazy Camels! Just keep in mind that you cannot combine original and crazy camels - the humps won't stack. However, this design allows for the original camels to be stacked on top of the crazy ones. Create two custom camels using a 3D printer, and choose your preferred colors (excluding those found in the base game). Next, find a wooden six-sided die that matches the standard dice from the first edition. Note that the new edition's die has the numbers 1-1-2-2-3-3, so you'll need to adjust it accordingly. To achieve this modification, I used a white die and colored half of each side with one crazy camel color and the other half with the second crazy camel's color (check out the photos for reference). For complete rules on Crazy Camels (also known as Rogue Camels), refer to the second edition rulebook available here: https://boardgamegeek.com/filepage/176062/camel-second-edition-en-rules
