Crazy 3d printed thing Kisslicer slicable - manual support
thingiverse
The original file exhibited issues with Kisslicer due to gaps in the hook parts, causing them to detach under pressure. Upon inspection, it was found that triangles in the hooks did not connect properly with the structure. To rectify this, modifications were made in Solidworks to ensure the hooks became part of the overall structure. Additionally, breakaway support was added for horizontal gaps and a brim, as the original file had broken away from the print bed. Although PVA on glass is not an ideal adhesion method, it is currently being used. Support for arms may still be required; however, breakaway support may be added in the future. A 'full support' model has been uploaded, eliminating the need for generated support. An assembly picture was also provided for reference.
