thingiverse
This 3D modeling project will allow you to make and fly a Crayon Rocket. It was inspired by John Coker's webpage of his design, build, and flight of a box of crayon rockets. http://www.jcrocket.com/crayons.shtml You can see a flight video of them here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-dUT4udD5a0&ab_channel=JohnCoker These nose cones, tail ends, and fin cans are designed to fit Estes BT-80 airframe tubes. Add a recovery system and a motor motor and you are ready to fly! There are currently 19 files that are 1) Nose cone version 1, 2) Nose cone version 2, 3) End cap with and without a 1/8" (3.3mm) hole for attaching an eyebolt, 4) Tail cap for those who want to add their own fins to their model (has a 32mm diameter hole), 5) Fin can using the tail cap and fins added, 6) Estes logo.
