My home's crawlspace remains perpetually dimly lit, prompting me to install a fixture that mounts a lightbulb directly onto one of its vertical support beams – this solution would work equally well at other locations. Securing it only requires three screws. The diameter of the hole reserved for the bulb housing is 41mm.
