Make sure one end is facing down on the build plate during slicing, as no support material will be needed. The print was done at a speed of 80 mm/s with a fill percentage of 25% and a wall thickness of 0.6mm, which should be sufficient for this project. To minimize the need for supports, keep the layer height small, ideally around 0.2mm. Depending on your printer's speeds, infill density, and wall thickness settings, the print time can range from approximately 2 to 3 hours. After printing is complete, cut three strips of foam or cork to fit snugly into the smaller diameter sections. Secure these pieces in place using glue and hold them firmly with a rubber band or masking tape until the adhesive has dried. Once assembled, allow an additional 10 minutes for any remaining glue to dry before handling the item.
