So this is a simple clamp for milk crates to attach to "L" Cart pipes. The threaded part is attached to the pipe of the L cart, crate is positioned and the washer nut is simply tightened down. I made this for my wife who does a lot of Instacart and needed a more stable way to move groceries about when she makes a delivery. **MUST BE PRINTED IN PETG OR NYLON (ABS works, but is a PITA)** PLA will not tolerate the constant abuse these get, not to mention the heat inside of a car in the summer is most areas of the USA. Parameters: *based on a 0.25mm layer height 2.5mm Wall Thickness (6 lines) 1.2mm Top and Bottom Thickness (5 lines) **Unless you have textured build plate, Brim or Raft needed for the threaded portion** Couple the above suggestions with a 75-95% Cubic Subdivision infill and you have something pretty dang strong.
