This high poly kitchen island model, rendered using V-Ray, features non-collapsed stacks and included textures. Tested in Checkmate Light program, the file contains 3DS, FBX, and OBJ exports without meshsmooth modifiers. It has no hidden objects, grouped and materialized objects, clear texture paths, 1:1 scale, and lights/cameras for immediate rendering after opening the Max file. The model is optimized for 3DS Max and V-Ray rendering but may require material and lighting adjustments in other programs. In contrast, the Crate & Barrel Sheridan Grey Kitchen Island offers increased work surface and storage with a stainless steel top on four sturdy tapered feet. Designed by Bill Eastburn of William Eastburn Design, it features solid rubberwood base, legs, stretchers, and slatted shelf with a painted finish and clear topcoat. The model includes a stainless-steel top over engineered wood, two fixed bottom shelves, one solid and one slatted, two towel bars, a drop-down leaf, two drawers with wood glides and stainless steel pulls, tapered wood feet, and optional locking caster wheels (sold separately). Made in Thailand, the dimensions are 48 inches wide, 27.5 inches deep, and 36.25 inches high.
