Crane Model Based on Cranosaurus from Szczecin City This crane model is inspired by the Cranosaurus from Szczecin city and features moving parts. It can hold notes with its hook, which comes equipped with a second small magnet for added functionality. The hole sizes in this design are optimized for use with a 0.4mm nozzle, making it compatible with most printers. However, you may need to use pliers to insert the 1.75mm filament into the holes more easily, as they can be somewhat resistant. If the holes are too large, you can use old files from the Cranosaurus model and a little drill to create smaller holes that fit the nozzle perfectly. There is also an updated version of the magnet file available, which combines all parts into one printable unit. Alternatively, you can print each part separately using the provided numbers on the graphic. Parts 1 and 2 can be glued together if desired, creating a more robust crane model. For users who prefer to use magnetic tape or slim magnets, there is a separate file called "...tile" that can help with attachment. Before printing this part, check your magnet's thickness to ensure it is not smaller than 1.6mm. If necessary, resize the tile on the Z-axis to achieve the desired thickness when combined with the magnet. A short video showcasing the crane in action using a magnet can be found at https://youtu.be/83pH6EfRe2I. For those who prefer a simpler version of the crane, there is an alternative model available on Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3928913). Additionally, a 21cm standing crane for assembling more than 30 parts can be found on Cults3D (https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/gadget/cranosaurus-for-assembling).
