CrankIr Antenna Super Portable Kit
thingiverse
I crafted this kit to perform multiple functions. Firstly, it allows for the mounting of CrankIr on a monopod, thereby fitting everything into one bag - no need for a bulky tripod is required. Secondly, it enables the secure attachment of a Sark analyzer, eliminating the hassle of repeatedly unplugging and replugging during frequency changes. The kit's components are divided into three distinct sections: the guy rings, winders, and CrankIr plate for the Sark. This configuration accommodates both basic and extended CrankIr models with the 40/80 extension. The CrankIr plate was fabricated in two separate pieces before being glued together. I may attempt to optimize this process further, potentially reducing it to a single piece while maintaining the advantageous angle on the Sark, providing unobstructed access to all buttons. In the updated version of the guy winders, a larger hole has been incorporated for easier pegging - visible in the accompanying photos as a red feature.
