I use this allen key crank handle on my router lift. It's specifically made for a 10mm hex key. The hex on my key is angled at 16 degrees, as shown in the photo - you might need to adjust that angle to fit your setup. You can attach the handle with a 4x16mm wood screw and a 12mm washer.
