As turning the wrench of the Open Press felt awkward to me, I created a knob to achieve a continuous, smooth motion for the table. To assemble this knob, you'll need another M5 x 50 screw, a 15mm diameter washer, and a self-locking nut. I printed it with an 8-line brim and a 55% gyroid infill.
