Crane lifting handle
thingiverse
I'm just a dad trying to fix my kid's toy crane, which he loves lifting his toy car with. When it broke its gears, I decided to make and print a new one myself. I used PLA plastic for the job, but since I didn't have any cooling system in place, the top of the printed piece melted and turned out inaccurate. Despite that, it still works great! Print Settings Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: Not needed at all Supports: No need to bother with those either Resolution: 0.2 mm precision is perfect Infill: I went for a solid 100% fill rate Notes: I used the PLA plastic that came with my printer, set the layer height to 0.2 mm, nozzle diameter to 0.4 mm, and kept the extruder temperature at 210C while the bed temperature was at 60C.
