I stumbled upon this truly rugged Douglas Fir, native to western North America, while exploring the Cragside National Trust estate's Pinetum - a fantastic subject for a swift scan! I snapped 25 photos with my trusty Sony RX100 M3 (4k RAW), and then put them through Agisoft Photoscan, Autodesk MeshMixer, and zBrush to bring this majestic tree to life.
