I'm starting with the first installment of my collection for printable jaw replacements, which can be used for various Craftsman Sears vises that I own. You can expect more jaws to be added as I encounter and test more vise models. In addition, I will include textures in my jaws once I get around to it. Here is a list of the vises that I have created replacement jaws for: • 506-51800 Swivel Anvil Vise 3.5in • 506-51811 Swivel Anvil Vise 5in All models were made using the latest free version of Google’s Sketchup software. For reference, I've included the original Sketchup file with the downloadable STL file, which can be used for derivations. Every model has been thoroughly tested to ensure its functionality. The G-code was generated using Cura and printed on Inventapart's RigidBot Big. If the STL file doesn't work with your setup or if you encounter any issues during printing, please notify me so I can address them. Your constructive feedback is appreciated; it will help improve my models, which will be updated as necessary. Instructions These are perfect for applications where non-marring performance is required. When one breaks, simply print another. I have designed jaw replacement options for the original screws and hardware as well as for modern hex/allen bolts. It's up to you to decide whether to use existing screws or get new ones.
