This mount is engineered specifically for use with the Craftsman 9.5amp fixed base router model no. 92767. Printing: Recommended Infill: 55% Recommended Layer Height: 0.2-0.3mm Installation: To install, simply remove the router from its base while leaving the gear-toothed strip intact. Then, detach the CNC's z-axis assembly. Next, attach the mount to the z axis using #6-32 X 1" bolts or their metric equivalent. Slowly slide the router into place and secure it with the tightening braces using #6-32 X 1.25" bolts or their metric equivalent. Finally, reattach the z-axis assembly to the CNC machine. CAUTION: As of March 1st, 2017, the fit of this mount has been thoroughly tested; however, the machine's full functionality with the router installed remains untested. So far, moving the motor up and down on the Z axis functions without issue. Your results may vary depending on your machine's construction. This mount was designed for the 23.5mm version of the CNC but should work effectively with most variants.
