This is a replacement anvil for Craftsman Edge Utility Cutter. This also seems to be sold under the name “RONAN Multi-Cut Quick Change Utility Cutter”.PrintingI printed without supports at 0.2mm layer height with standard Voron printed parts settings in Polymaker ABS. The part was printed with the anvil face against the build plate. The overhangs turned out well-enough for their purpose without supports.Printing in TPU may be more durable, but may also cause problems when cutting small items that can deform the anvil.Design NotesI designed this model using the existing anvil. It seems to fit well-enough, given that the cutters are not super-precise.
