Craftsman cord reel ratchet pawl gear

I'm thrilled to share an exact replacement gear for my trusty Craftsman electrical cord reel. If your cord keeps on rolling when pulled, chances are the gear is busted - and that's exactly what happened to mine. This was my maiden voyage into 3D printing, and I'm stoked it turned out so well. The broken gear in question was printed about five years ago with a friend's printer, and from what I can tell, it had a pretty skimpy 10% infill - no wonder it didn't last long! If I were to redo it, I'd probably go for 100% infill for a part that's meant to take some serious wear and tear. The model was knocked out in Autocad with ease, and the fit is spot-on - like it was made for this reel! Now I'm the proud owner of my very own 3D printer, and I couldn't be more excited to join this amazing community of makers!
