Craftsman 113 Throat Plate Insertinator - Zero Clearance

I made this zero clearance throat plate with splitter hole for my 1950s-era Craftsman table saw model #113.27521, which is approximately 3.75 inches by 14.375 inches (95mm x 365mm). This is my third iteration of the design. My initial attempt was a single 2.4mm thick part made from PETG that turned out to be too flimsy and ended up shattering while cutting small stock. The downward force from the push stick caused it to break, sending the push stick into the saw blade with considerable force, which resulted in a painful bruise on my hand. My second version had a significantly thicker bottom side, but unfortunately, it warped slightly and was too thick to fit flush with the table. However, it performed well otherwise. This latest design refines the underside features to minimize filament usage and print time while ensuring a perfect fit with the table.
