Craftbot hotend wrench

Simple wrench designed specifically for holding the Craftbot hotend in place during nozzle replacement operations. The wrench fits tightly around the silicone sleeve on the hotend, which is a common configuration on many machines, including my own. If a slightly looser fit is desired, simply print the wrench at a larger scale - 102% should achieve the right balance.
