Craftbot+ fans differed significantly from the original craftbot model. This shroud features a precise design that compels fan air within an 8mm circle around the printer head tip, maintaining a 1.5mm gap from the printer head itself. I manufactured these shrouds using HTPLA Carbon Fiber from Proto-Pasta and subsequently heat-treated them in my oven for an hour at 170 degrees F. A high-temperature resistant material is likely essential. Print Settings: Printer: Craftbot+ Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .1 Infill: 30 Notes: Sliced and printed with Simplify3D, utilizing a 30% wiggle fill.
