CraftBot Airflow Improvement Module (AIM)
thingiverse
This clever attachment snaps neatly into the CraftBot (original or plus) fan module with ease. Its main objective is to optimize airflow in the cold zone of the extruder, resulting in fast prints without supports and a smooth finish. You'll appreciate how easy it is to snap this gadget into the fan module - hopefully, this will minimize the risk of leaks inside the PEEK casing, keeping heat at bay where it belongs. Assembly: First, remove the two screws holding the fan module in place. Snap the AIM onto the inner right side as depicted, then reattach the fan module with its two screws. You won't even need to disconnect the cables under the fan module. Your CraftBot is now ready for use. Print Settings Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.3 Notes: The model features 0.8 mm walls, perfectly suited for an extrusion width of 0.4 mm. Print it upright - it can't really go wrong as long as you have good adhesion.
